How We're Organized:

The Tulsa Outdoor Explorers is organized by Ryan Dick and operated under Connective Gatherings LLC. Some events may also be led by approved event hosts who assist on behalf of the LLC. These hosts help run activities but are not personally liable for event operations. 

Participation & Liability Notice:

By joining or attending events, you acknowledge that participation is voluntary and you are responsible for your own safety and belongings. Connective Gatherings LLC, Ryan Dick, and any event hosts are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during group activities. 

Support The Tulsa Outdoor Explorers:

Help keep our community thriving! Meetup fees and group expenses for the Tulsa Outdoor Explorers are covered thanks to generous donations from members and community supporters. The group's organizer manages all contributions which are deposited into a dedicated account reserved strictly for group expenses. If you’d like to chip in, you can donate through the Pledge feature on our Meetup page or send support via the Venmo and CashApp accounts the group's organizer created specifically for the group’s financial needs.
